Irish Cream Hot Chocolate Recipe | Easy Baileys-Style Drink

Unwind with this delicious hot chocolate, a classic taken to a new level with Irish Cream Syrup. 

Ingredients 

  • 20ml Irish Cream Syrup
  • 100g Dark Cooking Chocolate 
  • 200ml Whole Milk 
  • Whipped Cream 
  • Marshmallows 

Method 

  • Add your chocolate and milk to a saucepan.
  • Gently heat, whisking until the chocolate is melted.
  • Add your Irish Cream Syrup and keep whisking off of the heat.
  • Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
