Add a deep smoky flavour to your classic Old Fashioned using the delicious Bacon Syrup. This will be a real hit at your cocktail party! 

Ingredients

• 60ml Whiskey 
• 15ml Bacon Syrup
• 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Large Ice Cub, plus extra to chill
• Orange Peel

Method

• Place the Whiskey, Bacon Syrup and Bitters into a mixing glass and add ice. 
• Stir to chill and then strain over 1 Large Ice Cube. 
• Add the Orange peel to garnish.
