Ingredients

• 50ml White Rum
• 35ml Fruit Puree
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
• Ice

Method

• Add a handful of ice and all other ingredients to a blender.
• Blend to a coarse texture.
• Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
• Garnish with a fruit of your choosing
