Refreshing, cooling, and packed full of flavour, iced matcha is a great option for those wanting a hit of caffeine with a fruity front. The fruit puree can be swapped for any flavour, or even a syrup if you wanted a smoother/sweeter drink.
Ingredients
- 50ml Fruit Puree
- 200ml Milk of your choice
- 1g Matcha Powder/Alchemy Maho Matcha
- Ice
Method
- Add 50ml of Fruit Puree and handful of ice to a tall glass.
- Top up with 200ml Milk (Oat & Coconut work great!).
- Prepare your Matcha and pour gently over the top.
- Garnish with a light dusting of Matcha.
