Blueberry Iced Matcha

A tall glass filled with blueberry & Matcha

Refreshing, cooling, and packed full of flavour, iced matcha is a great option for those wanting a hit of caffeine with a fruity front. The fruit puree can be swapped for any flavour, or even a syrup if you wanted a smoother/sweeter drink.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Fruit Puree
  • 200ml Milk of your choice
  • 1g Matcha Powder/Alchemy Maho Matcha
  • Ice

Method

  • Add 50ml of Fruit Puree and handful of ice to a tall glass.
  • Top up with 200ml Milk (Oat & Coconut work great!).
  • Prepare your Matcha and pour gently over the top.
  • Garnish with a light dusting of Matcha.
