Sparkling Sage Cocktail Recipe | Easy Sage Fizz Drink

A bright, elegant, and bubbly drink perfect for garden parties and celebrations. 

Ingredients 

  • 45ml Sage Syrup 
  • 2 to 3 dashes bitter 
  • Ice cubes 
  • Sparkling wine 
  • Fresh Sage 

Method 

  • Mix the sage syrup and bitters in a glass.
  • Add ice and top with sparkling wine.
  • Gently stir.
  • Garnish with fresh sage leaves.
