Adding Passionfruit to a traditional Hugo Spritz adds a wonderful fruitiness and cuts through the sweetness of the Elderflower Syrup.

Ingredients: 

• 60ml Prosecco
• 30ml Elderflower Syrup
• 30ml Passionfruit Puree
• 30ml Sparkling Water 
• Ice

Method: 

• Into a glass with ice add the Elderflower Syrup, Passionfruit Puree and Prosecco. 
• Stir gently to combine. 
• Add the Sparkling Water and enjoy.
