This pretty pastel cocktail is perfect for a sunny Saturday afternoon in the garden or by the pool. 

Ingredients: 

• 30ml Lavender Syrup
• 45ml Vodka
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• Tonic Water
• Lemon Slice, to garnish
• Ice

Method

• Into a glass add the Ice and top with the Lavender Syrup and Vodka. 
• Top with the Tonic Water and Lemon Juice and garnish with a Lemon Slice.
