Hugo Spritz Recipe Card

Light and refreshing, this Hugo Spritz is the perfect drink for your Summer gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Elderflower Syrup
  • 30ml Sparkling Water
  • Mint Leaves
  • Slices of Lime, to garnish 

Method:

  • Into a glass add the Mint Leaves and Elderflower Syrup and stir. 
  • Add the Ice and pour over the Prosecco and Sparkling Water. 
  • Stir and serve with Lime Slices.
