Invented by the infamous Milk & Honey cocktail bar ready for the new millenium, the Gold Rush is a delicious cocktail which you can easily make at home. 

Ingredients:

• 60ml Bourbon
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 20ml Honey Syrup
• Ice

Method: 

• Add the Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Honey Syrup to a shaker, and shake well. 
• Strain into a glass with ice and enjoy.
